Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the rest of the way.

Possibly. For orders shipped outside the country of origin, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are set by your local government and collected by the carrier at delivery — they aren't included in your order total. These vary by country, so we're not able to estimate them in advance.

Since orders begin processing quickly (within 1–2 business days), reach out to support@pilotlightproducts.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in process.

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. If your journal isn't the right fit, reach out to support@pilotlightproducts.com and we'll walk you through it.

Journals should be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. If a journal arrives damaged or defective, contact us — that's on us, not you.

A card-based reading journal system: 50 book review cards (4x6"/A6, printed on thick 300gsm white paper with rounded corners), organized with 8 deck dividers and 6 color dividers, all housed in a giftable custom cardboard keepsake box. Available in Ocean, Ivory, and Clay.
