Shipping — United States

Free shipping on all US orders $75+

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the rest of the way.

If the package is returned to us due to an error on your part (wrong address, number or zip code), it will be returned to us, you will be refunded (minus shipping), and you will need to place a new order.

Shipping — Worldwide

PILOT LIGHT ships worldwide! The shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery country. You can preview the shipping cost before making a purchase in the cart — enter your country + zip code at the bottom of the cart.

Returns & Exchanges

Free 30–day returns: you have 30 days once you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

Please email support@pilotlightproducts.com so we can help initiate your return.

Journals should be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. If a journal arrives damaged or defective, contact us — that's on us, not you.

If your order is international (outside of the United States), your shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

As soon as your return is received, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
